The FBI is joining the hunt to find a suspect who authorities say abducted a child out of her bed over the weekend as she was sleeping . The 9-year-old victim was home with her older brother and younger sister as their mom — a single parent — was at work. Upon review of security video, investigators believe she was kidnapped between 11 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday. A blue or black pick up was seen in the area at the time of the abduction. The victim was dumped a few miles away.
The nature of the victims injuries have not been disclosed, and she is still in the hospital.

“SNAGGED” Victim Attacked, Left Unconscious, Suspects Wanted
Monday, May 9th, 2011INFORMATION FROM PHILADELPHIA POLICE:
On April 30, 2011 at approximately 2:00 a.m., a 27-year-old white male left the Mad River Bar located at 126 Chestnut Street and entered the E-Z Park lot located at 100 Chestnut Street.
An unknown group of white males began assaulting him when one of the white males punched the victim causing numerous facial fractures including a broken jaw, fractured left orbital bone and 6 stitches to his forehead, he was unconscious after the assault.
Offender Description:
#1 White male, mid 20’s, dark hair, black “T” shirt, light pants
#2 White male, olive skin, 20’s, dark hair, light colored shirt and pants
#3 White male, olive skin, 20’s, black “T” shirt with white sleeves and red hat

SNAGGED: Help Philadelphia Police Catch A Suspect Who Shot An Innocent Woman

The suspect is described as in his early 20s with a whispery beard, wearing a baseball cap and a black hooded sweatshirt. He was also wearing a black (possibly leather) coat. POLICE: DNA Links Clown To Rape Nine Years Ago, Could Be More Victims

It’s been nine years since a 12-year-old girl was raped in California, and finally police believe they have her alleged clown attacker behind bars. Investigators say Jose Guadalupe Jimenez, 41, is the person responsible for her rape and authorities believe there could be more victims. A DNA match linked Jimenez to the assault.
Jimenez was a professional clown and police are releasing his photo with and without make-up in hopes that other potential victims will recognize him and come forward. He’s been around hundreds of kids over the years using the clown suit to conceal his identity. The rape Jimenez was arrested for over the weekend occured on Jan. 19, 2002 when police say he snatched the victim from a fast food restaurant, drove her to a nearby school, raped her in the parking lot, then drove her to a motel and raped her again. Jimenez was allegedly in full clown make-up at the time of the crime and the victim was able to escape when he went to talk to the motel clerk.

1 in 7 kids are solicited for sex online. This alarming statistic was recently released from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The survey says 1 in 33 kids receive aggressive online solicitations to meet in person and 34% of kids say they’ve had communication with people they don’t know. NCMEC maintains a proactive approach to protect children and teens and now they have two brand new items for children between the ages of 8 and 12. The NSTeen site now has animated video and educational games for children in this age range. “Cyberbully Zombies Attack” and “Mike-tosis” both target information about technology, safety and cyber bullying prevention. Although these sites are for “tweens,” parents and teachers are encouraged to log on and educate themselves on the dangers lurking online for kids. The content is available in English and in Spanish. NSTeen is an entity of the main hub of NetSmartz.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says its CyberTipline has handled more than 903,240 calls of child sexual exploitation. According to a press release on their site, the Child Victim Identification Program has reviewed and analyzed more than 34 million pornographic images.
“SNAGGED” CAUGHT ON TAPE: Police Hunt Suspect For Attempted Sexual Assault On 12-Year-Old

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man they believe tried to assault a 12-year-old girl as she walked home from school, and it is all caught on tape. The victim was walking home through a church parking lot on Feb. 10, around 4:20 p.m., when she was grabbed from behind and dragged a short distance to a low hanging tree. The victim told the suspect that there were people in the area, and that he better leave. Investigators say the suspect fled on foot toward 28th street.
Authorities have worked two other similar incidents, the first on Nov. 29, 2010 when a man grabbed a 15-year-old. Once she put up a fight, he ran on foot and left her behind. On Jan. 31, another incident occurred to another 15-year-old.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 30 and 40 years old, around 6 feet tall. He was wearing a dark hoodie sweatshirt and black basketball shorts. If you have any information, please contact: (941) 747-3011
ORANGE COUNTY: Woman Abducted At Bus Stop and Raped, Sketch Released

A woman was raped at gunpoint near a bus stop in Orange County, Fla. and authorities need your help identifying the alleged rapist. Investigators say around 6:35 a.m. on Sunday a woman was standing near a bus stop when she was forced into the woods and sexually attacked.
Authorities released a composite sketch of the suspect and said the attacked occurred near the 1700 block of South Orange Blossom Trail. The attacker fled on foot and the victim called 911. The suspect is described as a black male, in his mid-20s, about 6 feet tall. He weighs between 170 to 180 pounds.

Husband and Wife Wanted for LA Murder, Victim Found Dismembered In Motel

A manhunt is on to find a husband and wife who police say murdered and dismembered a Los Angeles man and left his remains in a motel. Herbert Tracey White, 49, is described as a loving man, someone who took care of the homeless in downtown LA, and someone who unselfishly gave his time and money to help others. Investigators told me they found Herbert’s body in a Los Angeles motel room on November 29. He was cut into pieces and stored in a backpack. Other body parts were found wrapped in a blanket.
Upon the horrible discovery, detectives also noticed the suspect or suspects attempted to clean up the crime scene and remove the body, but for some reason they left the parts behind and fled.
Through the investigation, detectives first figured out who was staying at the motel room and worked their way backwards from there. On December 6, an arrest warrant was issued for a husband and wife. Edward Garcia Jr., 36, and his wife, Melissa Hope Garcia, 25, are now charged with Herbert’s murder.
DNA Match Leads To Arrest Of A Suspect For 1984 Rape

It’s taken 26 years for one victim in Montgomery County, Maryland to get justice for her case. Detectives announced they’ve made an arrest in a rape that occurred all the way back in 1984.
Authorities say on October 13, 1984, a female was walking home from Montgomery Mall near Democracy Boulevard and Old Georgetown Road. I know this area well because this is a mall I frequent. The victim was approached by an unknown suspect and in the blink of an eye he started to beat and rape her before fleeing the scene. Thankfully a motorist stopped to assist the victim and call police.
For all these years the case was unsolved; that is until April 2010. According to a press release, detectives from the Cold Case Unit re-opened the case and physical evidence was submitted for forensic examination. “Based on the analysis, a DNA profile was obtained and uploaded into the CODIS database. Once the profile was uploaded, a match was obtained and a suspect was identified,” said authorities.
