Morgan Harrington was last seen at a concert outside the John Paul Jones arena in Charlottesville, VA. It was October 17, 2009. Police say Morgan separated from friends around 8:30 p.m. when she walked out of the front entrance of a Metallic concert. Morgan never returned, and it was the last time she was seen alive. Investigators say Morgan called her friends inside and told them she was finding a ride home.
State police officials report Morgan was last seen by the ticket office on the University Hall side of the building and witnesses report seeing her hitchhiking close to the arena exit road. An intense search of the area yielded no new clues until three months later.
In January 2010, Morgan’s body was found on a farm in Albemarle County, Virginia. Investigators said her decomposed body could have been on the land as many as 100 days.

He was released from a Georgia prison on April 13 before making his way by bus to Colorado. At 65-years-old the suspect stands about 6 feet tall and weighs about 225 pounds. In a shocking twist in the Kyron Horman case, Kyron’s father Kaine filed for divorce from his wife Terri Moulton-Horman. Investigators say Terri may have been the last person to see Kyron before he vanished on June 4, 2010. I have the paperwork from the Multnomah County Circuit Court, and along with filing the petition for dissolution of marriage, Kaine also filed a restraining order against his wife. The ex parte motion is sealed and we do not know what evidence was brought forward to restrict Terri from seeing her child and husband, but in most cases restraining orders are not granted unless there is a threat presented to the parties seeking protection. In the divorce petition, Kaine sites the reason for the divorce asirreconcilable differences, and he is seeking full custody of the 18-month-old daughter he has with Terri. The paperwork states Kaine and Terri were married on April 15, 2007 in Hawaii, and he is seeking child support for their child.
Just prior to Terri being served the official paperwork, Kyron’s biological mother, father and step-father jointly issued a statement:
: Police confirm the body found in Colorado is identified as Kayleah Wilson, and she is the victim of a homicide. Police say they do know the cause of death, but will not release that to the public. The area where her body was found had been searched two previous times before and she was submerged in water. Investigators need your tips to help find her killer.
BACKGROUND: The award to find Kayleah Wilson is up to $20,000. Investigators haven’t given up hope, but there have not been any signs of the missing teen. Dave Joly with the Denver FBI told me two credible witnesses reported seeing Kayleah around 4:15 p.m. on March 28, 2010. That was the last time she was ever seen.
Since then, the FBI has scaled back their efforts and 52 volunteer searchers showed up over the weekend to comb the blocks Kayleah was last seen walking in. Unfortunately, the rain hindered their plans to continue searching.

Early on, Joly says agents did a search of Kayleah’s mother’s home.“We did a forensic search of the house, went into the home with the consent of the homeowner – we collected DNA samples we felt were Kayleah’s and collected DNA samples from everyone in the residence.” Kayleah was walking to a birthday party around 3:40 p.m. when she vanished. Although the walk was fairly short, only 10 blocks, she never made it. Kayleah was missing over Easter weekend, but investigators still gave their heart and soul and worked through the holiday and into the coming weeks.
