It’s been one week since 22-year-old Austin Taylor Bice disappeared in Spain.  Austin is in his senior year at San Diego State University where he’s studying international business.  University officials say Austin left for the his final senior semester in January and is scheduled to come back to the U.S. in June.  He was studying at Universidad Carlos II de Madrid.  Officials say they are working with local authorities in Madrid, the State Department and Austin’s family. 

Austin was last seen on Feb. 25 when he was out with friends.  A group went out to hear a disc jockey play at a nightclub, but Austin wasn’t allowed inside.  He told the group he was going to walk home, which should have only taken 20 minutes.

Authorities say Austin was reported missing by another student when he never returned home after a night out with friends.  A group of students went out to LaRiviera nightclub on Feb. 25.  Austin wasn’t allowed inside and said he was going to walk home, which should have taken about 20 minutes.  That was the last confirmed sighting of the student.
