Today, Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger has announced that this morning, at approximately 9:11 a.m., a Montgomery County Police Department K-9 handler and a volunteer K-9 handler from the Mid-Atlantic D.O.G.S. Search and Rescue located the body of a young, African-American male off of Clarksburg Road about a quarter mile west of Frederick Road in Clarksburg, MD. The surveillance video, obtained from a self-storage facility located in the 13200 block of Wisteria Drive in Germantown, showed William McQuain and Curtis Lopez entering and re-entering a storage unit during the morning of October 1. At that time, William McQuain appeared to be in a playful mood and showed no signs of distress. The clothing that William McQuain was wearing in the video is similar to the clothing found on the body that was located today in Clarksburg.
