The FBI is on the hunt forSemion Mogilevich. They say this millionaire allegedly participated in his own multi-million dollar scheme to defraud investors. Mogilevich is charged with more than 40 counts of racketeering, wire fraud, prostitution, money laundering, and is on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted. Agents believe Mogilevich is responsible for dozens of other crimes across the world as well, and is known to be more powerful than John Gotti. Peter Kowenhoven, FBI Supervisory Special Agent says, “He has access to so much including funding, including other criminal organizations, that he can with a telephone call effect the global economy.”
There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. We know Russia is Mogilevich’s primary residence, but investigators say he is known to have ties to the United States and England. Mogilevich is also suspected of manipulating international energy markets as well. He was arrested in Russia, but was released on bail. Unfortunately, Russia does not have an extradition treaty with the United States.

5:15 p.m. – Just got off the phone with an investigator with the Detroit police, and he says Dabish is in custody. He was caught in downtown Detroit and is being booked at this hour.
Investigators in Detroit have issued a warrant for Peter Dabish’s arrest. According to reports, the suspect’s father cofounded the Powerhouse Gym franchise, and they have 300 locations across the country with millions of members. I spoke to the Detroit Police and they say Dabish is charged with beating Diana Demayo to death on March 11, 2010. He is facing both first degree murder and torture charges.
Police say Diana was killed in the Fort Shelby Towers apartment complex in downtown Detroit. She recently graduated from the University of Miami, and had just moved back to Detroit.
If you have any information on Dabish’s whereabouts, please contact the Detroit Police at (313) 596-2260.
Abraham was a truck driver’s assistant who hit the $30 million jackpot in the Florida lottery in 2006. He spend modestly, and only purchased a Nissan Altima, a $1 million home in a gated community, and a used Rolex from a pawn shop. He often lent money to friends and strangers, but ultimately he just wanted to be happy. Shakespeare would tell people he was on a budget, and wanted to help the poor. Sadly, Shakespeare hasn’t been seen since April 2009. His mother told investigators she spoke to him last in February 2009, but he wasn’t reported missing until November 2009. I spoke with Investigator Wood from the Polk County Sheriff’s office, and she confirms they have named Dorice Donegan “DeeDee” Moore of Florida a person of interest in this case. According to a press release, “Detectives say Moore began using Shakespeare’s cell phone in April 2009 to text Shakespeare’s relatives and friends in an effort to have them believe it was Shakespeare attempting to contact them… in addition, Moore is believed to have offered to give away a home work approximately $200,000 in exchange for making a false report to law enforcement regarding an alleged recent sighting of Shakespeare.”
