Margo Jordan Missing

Margo Jordan Missing

Margo Lynn Jordan is a mother and a grandmother. She was reported missing by her parents on April 24 and hasn’t been seen since. I spoke with Lt. Carl Minden from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.  He says Margo was living with her boyfriend and his sister when she disappeared. She showed up for a work program at their jail on April 20 and was last seen by her family four days later.

There is a $10,000 reward put up by her family for information on her case. Lt. Minden says, “We’ve been looking at this for a month now, and the leads are starting to dry up. There’s not a whole lot left to go on right now and we are hoping to get more tips out of it.”

Shawn Isaacs, Margo’s boyfriend, is considered a possible person of interest in this case, but investigators say they are working and exploring other angles as well. “If you decided tomorrow that you don’t want to talk to anybody, there’s nothing I can do about it,” says Minden, but he feels there’s enough suspiciousness surrounding the case suggest something else may have happened to Margo.

JOHN GLASGOW MISSING

It’s been nearly two years since John Glasgow went missing in Little Rock, Arkansas. John’s neighbor told police in the early morning hours of January 28, 2008 he saw John’s SUV leave his home. Unfortunately, police say John never arrived at work that day, but his vehicle was found the next day in the Marther Lodge parking lot. Inside John’s SUV were his laptop, cell phone and keys. No one knows what happened to him, and his family is desperate for answers. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Conway County Sheriff’s office:

UPDATE:

Laquan Javaris Fitzpatrick, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested and is being held on a charge of capital murder.  Fitzpatrick was taken down at a relative’s home.  Police say two suspects remain at large.

We will bring you more on this arrest later this morning…

Major Philip Wise had been working for the Salvation Army for more than 16 years when he was gunned down on Christmas Eve 2009 at the Little Rock, Arkansas location.  Police say his three children witnessed their father’s murder with their own eyes. I spoke to Sgt. Terry Kuykendall from the North Little Rock police department this morning, and he told me his investigators are still working to prove or disprove leads that are coming in. At this point, the investigation is still wide open.

Senseless Christmas Eve murder

Monday, December 28th, 2009
Rest peacefully Major Philip Wise

Rest peacefully Major Philip Wise

Major Philip Wise worked for the Salvation Army for more than 16 years before being gunned down on Christmas Eve at his Little Rock, Arkansas location.  Police say his three children witnessed their father’s murder with their own eyes. I spoke to Sgt. Terry Kuykendall from the North Little Rock police department this afternoon, and he told me Major Wise had just returned to the Salvation Army after bringing bell ringers home.  Major Wise and his three children, ages 4, 6 and 8, parked around back of the building and were walking in when two men tried to rob him in the pouring rain.

Sgt. Kuykendall says the suspects shot Major Wise, left him for dead in a doorway, and fled on foot.  The children, who were the only first-hand witnesses of this murder, and were questioned immediately after the shooting to get as many details as possible on the killers.  Police will not say if the men were able to get any money, but they do say the suspects were armed with handguns, and were last seen running toward government assisted housing in the area.  This Salvation Army building is an independent site located in a residential neighborhood, there are not many stores with surveillance nearby to capture images of the killers.  Patrol officers are canvassing the neighborhoods, talking to residents, and trying to develop more leads on the suspects.  About 185 officers police nearly 67,000 residents.
