Tabitha Tuders MISSING
Tabitha Tuders

It’s been nearly seven years since Tabitha Tuders was last seen. It was April 29, 2003 in Nashville, Tennessee around 7 a.m. when Tabitha disappeared as she walked to her bus stop.  A witness came forward and said they saw the child getting into a red vehicle, but police do not have any evidence to confirm this sighting.  Since then search teams were brought in, volunteers scoured the area, and dozens of tips have fizzled out.  All of Tabitha’s personal items have been accounted for, and it doesn’t appear to be a runaway situation.  Police and Tabitha’s family fear she is great danger.  Although it’s been many years, there’s still hope if Jaycee Dugard can be found alive 18 years later.  If you have any information on Tabitha’s case, please call:

Jaycee Dugard - Most memorable of 2009

Jaycee Dugard - Most memorable of 2009

Taking a moment to think back on the last year, and out of all the horrific cases I have personally covered – I will never forget the amazing discovery of Jaycee Dugard. Jaycee was only 11 at the time of her abduction.  She came forward at a police station in August 2009, and investigators discovered that Jaycee and her two children were held captive, and forced to live in the back of Phillip and Nancy Garrido’s home for nearly two decades.  Both Garrido’s were arrested for an array of charges, including kidnapping, and are currently awaiting trial.  My thoughts and prayers go out to every single family that has a missing loved one, and does not have the answers they are so desperately seeking.  This case is a reminder to keep your head up, and moving forward, and to never give up hope.  It took 18 years for Jaycee to be reunited with her family, and there’s nothing that says that this cannot happen for thousands of other family’s too.

Happy New Year – God bless all of you.
