Dr. Emilio Luna (wanted by FBI)

A disturbing case continues to be on the hearts and minds of parents in Phoenix, Arizona. The FBI is on the hunt for a pediatrician who is accused of distributing child pornography. Dr. Emilio Luna, 40, was arrested in September when a federal grand jury brought down a five-count indictment against him.

According to the FBI’s website, “Dr. Luna, a Phoenix pediatrician, came to the attention of law enforcement when thousands of files from suspected child pornography were shared from his computer in a public peer-to-peer file sharing system. He was arrested on Wednesday, September 1 by federal agents. Following a detention hearing a few days later, he was released by order of the court, and is forbidden to have access to the Internet or children while under supervision of U.S. Pre-Trial Services.”

A few weeks after he was arrested agents say Luna cut off his ankle monitoring device and fled. He had permission to attend church services, and his car was found later that night abandoned in a Glendale, Arizona parking lot.

Jean Paul Missing

Jean Paul Missing

This case was running through my mind this morning.  I was searching through my files and the date December 18, 2009 popped up.  That was the last time I brought you the case of Jean Paul who was taken illegally from his bus stop.  Since then, a grand jury issued a felony indictment for the felony offenses of kidnapping, aggravated perjury and interference with child custody against his father, Jean Philippe Lacombe.

Investigators say Jean Paul Lacombe was abducted by his non-custodial father, Jean Philippe Lacombe, on October 15, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas.  Lacombe allegedly gave the court invalid Mexican Documents to overturn the case, and the judge gave him custody.  Lacombe was supposed to show back up for a court hearing on Monday, October 19, 2009, but instead he fled with his son.

HISTORY OF CUSTODY

Cliff Herberg with the Bexar District Attorney’s office in Texas says there are 1,400 pages pertaining to this case that have accumulated over the years in Mexican court.  He has not had a chance to review every single page, but Mr. Herberg was able to provide a timeline and background of custody between the parents.

Do you know this alleged predator?

Unknown John Doe # 13

Unknown John Doe # 13

The FBI works hard to prevent crimes against children.  Their intelligence units are constantly combing the Internet in search of child predators.  Many times, agents come across videos of suspects engaging in sexually explicit activity with children, and these videos and images are often sold or distributed around the world.  Sometimes these videos are easy to find, but the suspects in them are hard to identify.  This is one of those cases.  Agents have proof that this unknown man is abusing a young girl.  Please take a good look at this white male’s picture. You  can view webcam of the suspect (with no sound) right here (please note, you will only see images of the man).

On January 2, 2008, a federal grand jury indicted this person for knowingly transporting, or aiding in the transportation of, visual depictions via interstate commerce of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.  Please contact the FBI if this person looks familiar to you, and help agents get this predator off the streets.

All crimes against any child make my stomach turn.  There’s nothing worse than having an innocent child fall prey to a molester.  Unfortunately, that seems to be the circumstances surrounding this next case.  The FBI needs your help identifying this unknown man who they believe is preying on an innocent child. The images of the suspect were cut out to show to the public.

According to the FBI, on February 21, 2004, the agency began its (ECAP) Endangered Child Alert Program, “a new and aggressive approach to identify unknown individuals involved in the sexual abuse of children and the production of child pornography.”

This system uses the media exposure to feature adults preying on children, you can check out all of the active cases here: htp://www.fbi.gov/wanted/fugitives/cac/fug_cac.htm
