The FBI and local investigators in Montana have joined the search for a missing mother and teacher, Sherry Arnold.  Authorities said Sherry vanished last Saturday between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. and hasn’t been seen since.  Sherry is married and has a blended family of five children with her husband.  

Sherry has black  hair and brown eyes.  She stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and has a slender build. Sherry was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt with stripes on her sleeves, red nylon pants with black leggings and black gloves.  If you have any information, please contact the Sindey Police Department. 406.433.2210

UPDATE:  Investigators in Indiana Aliahna’s body was found in northeast Allen County.  She went missing on Friday when Mike Plumadore, a neighbor, was watching Aliahna and her sisters.  He is facing a murder charge.

Three days have passed since police say Ayla Reynolds, 20-months-old, was last seen.  Ayla was last seen sleeping in her bed around 8 p.m. on Friday night.  Her father reported her missing the next morning around 9 a.m.  The FBI is now assisting with this case and are looking into the disappearance as a possible abduction. 

Volunteers, police and firefighters spent the weekend looking for Ayla.  She was last seen wearing green and polka dot one-piece pajamas and wearing a soft cast from a broken arm.  Investigators say there were several adults inside the home on Friday evening when the toddler went to sleep and at least one of them was not a family member.

Ayla’s pajamas had the words “Daddy’s Princess” on them. She stands 2 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 30 pounds.  If you have any information, please contact the Waterville Police Department at 207-680-4700.

The FBI is looking to identify a man sought for six robberies in Tennessee and Kentucky.  According to information from the FBI website and wanted poster, posted below, all incidents have occured in 2011.  

On June 9, 2011, the First Volunteer Bank located at 189 Fifth Street in Jellico, Tennessee was robbed by an unknown subject. The suspect, a White male, wearing a short, curly, dark-colored women’s wig and sunglasses, entered the bank at approximately 10:50 a.m. and waited in the lobby until asked to approach the teller. He demanded money via note, placed the money in a turquoise cloth bag, and subsequently fled the bank on foot.On June 17, 2011, an unknown subject robbed the Commercial Bank located at 202 North Main Street in Barbourville, Kentucky. The suspect, a White male wearing a short, curly, dark-colored women’s wig and sunglasses, entered the bank’s lobby around 5:15 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding cash.  The suspect fled the bank in a small, dark sedan, carrying an undisclosed amount of money in a black gym bag.

On July 5, 2011, at approximately 4:50 p.m., the Bank of McCreary located at 3995 U.S. Highway 27 South in Pine Knot, Kentucky was robbed by an unknown subject. The suspect, a White male wearing a short, blonde women’s wig and sunglasses, displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and aggressively approached the teller after a short wait in line. The suspect fled with the money, and he may have been observed being dropped off and picked up in a small, black sedan.

On August 19, 2011, at approximately 4:50 p.m., an unknown subject robbed the Forcht Bank located at 1881 South U.S. Highway 25E in Barbourville, Kentucky. The suspect, a White male wearing a long, blonde women’s wig and sunglasses, entered the bank’s lobby carrying a dark gym bag and approached the tellers. The suspect then pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the tellers and demanded cash. The suspect then fled the scene and was observed entering the passenger side of a white, four-door vehicle (possibly a Chrysler Sebring) with a Confederate flag decal on the trunk and missing a hubcap on the passenger’s side.

On October 25, 2011, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Hometown Bank located at 1030 Cumberland Falls Highway in Corbin, Kentucky was robbed by an unknown subject. The suspect, a White male, wearing a short, curly, blonde women’s wig and sunglasses, armed with a semi-automatic black handgun, walked into the bank, brandished the handgun and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the robber was seen entering the passenger side of a white car and fleeing the scene.

On October 28, 2011, at approximately 1:25 p.m., an unknown subject robbed the Y-12 Federal Credit Union located at 2550 Jacksboro Pike in Jacksboro, Tennessee. The suspect, a White male wearing a short, curly, blonde women’s wig, entered the bank and displayed a black semi-automatic handgun, then verbally demanded money. After obtaining the money, the robber was observed entering the passenger side of a black sedan and fleeing the scene.

The suspect is a white male, medium-to-heavy build, mid-20s and weighing approximately 180 to 210 pounds.  In all robberies, he is wearing different wigs.

It’s been more than 48 hours since a 2-year-old went missing from his mother’s car.  The FBI is now assisting local authorities in Bellevue, Wash. to help find Sky Metalwala.  Julia Biryukova, Sky’s mom, told authorities she ran out of gas and left her child in his car seat.  Julia and her 4-year-old daughter walked to a nearby Chevron gas station.  When she returned, Sky was missing.

Investigators say the car was not locked.  Sky has brown eyes and dark hair and was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue and gray-striped pants.

Aliayah Lunsford, 3, vanished on Sept. 24.  FBI agents announced this week that they believe Aliayah is likely a victim of a homicide or abduction.  Lena Lunsford, Aliayah’s mother, told police her child was in bed around 6:30 a.m. that morning, but she has not been seen since.

Authorities continue to search a 5-mile radius from where she went missing.  Aliayah is 3 feet tall and weighs 35 pounds, she has brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and purple pajama bottoms.  If you have any information, please contact the FBI.

A disturbing case continues to be on the hearts and minds of parents in Phoenix, Arizona. The FBI is on the hunt for a pediatrician who is accused of distributing child pornography. Dr. Emilio Luna, 40, was arrested in September when a federal grand jury brought down a five-count indictment against him.

According to the FBI’s website, “Dr. Luna, a Phoenix pediatrician, came to the attention of law enforcement when thousands of files from suspected child pornography were shared from his computer in a public peer-to-peer file sharing system. He was arrested on Wednesday, September 1 by federal agents. Following a detention hearing a few days later, he was released by order of the court, and is forbidden to have access to the Internet or children while under supervision of U.S. Pre-Trial Services.”

A few weeks after he was arrested agents say Luna cut off his ankle monitoring device and fled. He had permission to attend church services, and his car was found later that night abandoned in a Glendale, Arizona parking lot.

According to the FBI, a conviction for distributing child pornography carries a mandatory minimum of five years and a maximum of 20.

Joan Jackson, head of Luna’s condo association told me, “The whole family, very nice, well spoken, I can’t say anything bad about any of them other than he screwed up.” Jackson added that they (FBI) came into the complex in Sun City, Arizona around 6:30 a.m. with guns drawn. She said about 20 agents total were inside the unit where he resides, and they did not leave the property until close to 10 a.m.

Jackson says she has chatted with Luna briefly in the past and he and his family are very kind. Luna purchased the condo for his elderly parents who do not speak English. He has other siblings who visit as well, and when Jackson spoke with one of his sisters on Sunday, she told Jackson that Luna’s mother is not doing very well and is upset about this entire situation.

According to a report, Luna was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and could be hiding out in Mexico. He has also lived or worked in various areas of the United States including Texas, Illinois and California.

The FBI is now offering a $20,000 reward in this case. He may wear glasses or contact lenses and speaks fluent Spanish.

*Not long after the FBI announced a billboard campaign to capture Charles Alan Dyer, he was captured…

The FBI is on the hunt for a man who allegedly raped a 7-year-old girl.  Now, digital billboards are launched from Oklahoma to Virginia to find Charles Alan Dyer.  Agents say Dyer, a former Marine, did not show up for his court date Monday Aug. 15.  The FBI says they obtained a UFAP warrant on August 17, 2011 and they have information to believe Dyer was last seen in the Houston, TX area.   

Dyer is allegedly part of a right wing group called the Oath Keepers made up of current and former military and law enforcement personnel.  The goal is to disobey the president and obey the constitution.  It’s possible he is using his contacts through this network to hide out and to get from place-to-place.

Currently, digital billboards are visible in 12 states across the U.S. including, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Arkansas, North Caolina and South Carolina.

The FBI says Dyer is considered armed and dangerous and is known to have numerous weapons.  He stands from 5’10” – 6’0” and weighs about 175 to 200 pounds.  His hair is brown in color and it is most likely shaved.  He may have grown a beard and lost weight.  If you have any information, please contact the FBI.

The FBI is on the hunt forSemion Mogilevich. They say this millionaire allegedly participated in his own multi-million dollar scheme to defraud investors. Mogilevich is charged with more than 40 counts of racketeering, wire fraud, prostitution, money laundering, and is on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted. Agents believe Mogilevich is responsible for dozens of other crimes across the world as well, and is known to be more powerful than John Gotti. Peter Kowenhoven, FBI Supervisory Special Agent says, “He has access to so much including funding, including other criminal organizations, that he can with a telephone call effect the global economy.”
