Claudia Acosta-Mendez

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children just updated missing child Fidel Nikbakht Acosta’s case.  He was last seen with his mother, Claudia Acosta-Mendez, on February 8, 2009 in San Jose, California.  Authorities now believe Acosta-Mendez is hiding out with her son in Tampico, Mexico.  Fidel is Caucasian and Hispanic, of Iranian descent, and has a scar on his left knee.
